Of these, 63 were company-owned (including ground leases), while 88 were operated under lease agreements. Founded in 1992, the entity was formerly known as LTF Holdings, Inc. It adopted the name Life Time Group Holdings, Inc. on June 21, 2021, and its main office is located in Chanhassen, Minnesota.
